6 Minutes of Moderate Exercise could be Lifesaving

How much moderate exercise?

Sounds hokey but its true! 6 minutes of daily activity could be lifesaving! In one study, individuals who engaged in 6 minutes of moderate physical activity daily had a 66% reduced chance of dying compared to those who did no activity!

The same study showed that individuals who were sitting 8+ hours a day (typical work day) had twice the chance of death compared to those who were not sedentary.

Bottom line…It doesn’t take much! 6 minutes. Your body will love you for it!!
