Replace your salad dressing with hummus!

Ever wonder why you’re not losing weight even if you have replaced your lunch with a daily salad? Consider your condiments! Most restaurants can add upward of 800 calories to your salad by mixing in dressing. That = 2 snickers bars! Consider hummus . . . 2 tablespoons is 70 calories, which is equal to one tablespoon of store-bought salad dressing and has nutritional value like protein and good fats that line your stomach and help you feel satiated. Add it to the side of your plate and dip or mix in lemon juice for a more “dressing” consistency.
