Resilient Minds Course

Mastering Stress and Reactivity Through MindBody Skills

Shift from Reactivity to Resilience

In a world where the outside noise never stops, our minds and bodies are stuck in a state of stress and reactivity.

83% of U.S. workers feel overwhelmed by work-related pressure, nearly 50% of parents feel so overwhelmed they find it difficult to function on most days*. (*2024 U.S. Surgeon General Advisory)

This reactivity is more than just a mental burden—it disrupts your health, your relationships, and your ability to focus on what matters.

But what if you could shift from reacting to mindfully responding?

Dr. Youdim Standing

“Dr. Adrienne shared practical and actionable tips. She was caring, engaging, and authentic while teaching us how to elevate personal and professional health

The Problem:

Modern stressors—like deadlines, parenting, and political issues—overwhelm our bodies, triggering a fight-or-flight response that leads to burnout. This reactivity hinders our joy and decision-making, pushing us into automatic reactions rather than choices that align with our true values.

"We didn't just breathe—we remembered how. This course isn't about slowing down for the sake of slowing down. It's about reconnecting to yourself in a way that actually fuels your life and leadership."

"An excellent way to detach from your 'normal' life and stressors and address what's really going on and find tools to clear your mind and find focus and navigate the pressures of high performance."

The Solution:

Join Resilient Minds, an 8-week MindBody Skills Group led by Dr. Adrienne. This program helps you manage reactivity and reduce stress using evidence-based practices inspired by ancient wisdom. You will:
